From Netflix to Disney+, from romance to sci-fi, we have summed up 10 new series to watch just for you!

The Silent Sea
Scientists in outer space. Government cover-ups. Gong Yoo and Bae Donna. For sci-fi enthusiasts like me, The Silent Sea was the perfect Christmas gift. The series landed on Netflix on December 24th with a bang. In a dystopian world where clean water is a luxury good, a group of scientists was sent on a mission to bring back a sample of a mysterious material in an abandoned research facility on the moon. Problems arise as soon as they arrive on the moon, and the more they explore the research facility, the more secrets start to unravel. Stream it.

Our Beloved Summer
During high school, Kook Yeon Soo (Kim Da Mi) and Choi Ung (Choi Woo Shik) turned from enemies to friends to lovers. In the present day, these ex-lovers who have promised to never see each other again are forced to meet again after the documentary they shot during high school went viral. For those of you who are looking for a relatable, coming-of-age, romantic comedy, Our Beloved Summer is a perfect choice. Stream it!

Emily in Paris S2
Emily is back, and she's still in Paris. Last season the series ended with a cliffhanger, with the uncertainty of Emily's relationship with Gabriel and Emily's friendship with Camille hanging by a thread. This season, it gets more confusing. Emily's relations with her lovers and friends are in an ambiguous state, and she still can't speak French. Stream it if you're looking for a good laugh.

The Witcher S2
The first season ends with Ciri finally meeting her destined legal guardian, Geralt of Rivia. Now after they have reunited, the series continues with Ciri and Geralt traveling to see his old friend, Nivellen. As a witcher-in-training, Ciri is no longer a damsel in distress. But some fans may be disappointed when the show producers decided to take Ciri's and Yennefer's meeting more differently than the book. Stream it for a better adventure than the previous season.

Layangan Putus
There's a new affair drama on the block! Inspired by a true story, Layangan Putus tells the story of an ex-doctor finding out that her husband is in an affair with a different woman. At first, this show may have looked like a localized version of the Kdrama hit, The World of the Married. But as the story goes, it serves the audience with a gut-wrenching storyline and a powerful performance from the cast. Stream it for a laughable (or cryable) night with girlfriends.

Anxious People
Based on the novel by Fredrik Backman, Anxious People is a crime comedy involving a father-son cop team, a bank robber, and a group of hostages. Only a few movies or series managed to blend comedy and crime successfully. But this Swedish drama did just that. Anxious People manages to be funny and emotional at the same time. Stream it!

Hawkeye
Season 1 of Marvel's Hawkeye is now streaming on Disney+. Amongst his peers, Clint Barton aka Hawkeye was the most "normal" compared to his Avengers friends. He can't fly, he can't summon lightning, or have the ability of a super-soldier. But Hawkeye reminds us why we fell in love with the MCU in the first place; to watch someone become a superhero and finally save the day. Stream it.

The Book of Boba Fett
Star Wars fans everywhere are celebrating a new spin-off to watch! The Book of Boba Fett centered on one of its most popular characters, Boba Fett. With his customized Mandalorian armor, Boba Fett was one of the most feared bounty hunters in the galaxy. With two episodes running, Boba Fett's journey is still way ahead. Stream it to find out.

Taxi Driver
This Korean drama tells the story of a taxi driver, Kim Do-Ki, who works for Rainbow Taxi Company which offers a "revenge-call" service for their clients. Do-Ki is a Korean Military Academy graduate whose mother was murdered by a serial killer when he was young. Now, together with his peers, he helped people take revenge on Korea's dangerous criminals. Stream it.

Snowdrop
Disney+ K-drama Snowdrop stars Blackpink's Jisoo and D.P. 's Jung Hae set against the backdrop of South Korea's 1980s political landscape. This show was adapted from the handwritten notes of a man who escaped from a political prison camp in North Korea. Even though it has received criticism due to its historical inaccuracy, Snowdrop serves us a sweet and thrilling romance. Stream it.
